Hello. I purchased Kutools for excel and I cannot find the old version to re-install. The only version that I can get is this new 17.00 version that your site has not even been updated to show is the newest version. I tried to install just the trial but it will not let me. It says that I am no longer eligible for free updates. I sent an email to support@extendoffice.com et n'ont reçu aucune réponse.

J'ai besoin d'un téléchargement pour 16.50 ou j'ai besoin que ma licence soit prolongée de 60 jours pour permettre à l'extension de fonctionner. En ce moment, je suis en lock-out et je ne peux même pas utiliser mon produit !!!
