Office Tab- Open in new window

Hello

I have a question about using 'open in new window' to separate two spreadsheets. Whenever I use this, another add on that I use (ASAP utilities) does not appear in the second spreadsheet, only the first. Is there any way to fix this ?

My original question was about excel, not Word

And there is no screenshot below

Display more than one tabbed window with Office Tab in Office
Please open more than one document in your Word application as shown in the below screenshot.
And then right-click on one document and choose Open in New Window command to open the document in a new tabbed document interface.
