Kutools for Word

Supposons que vous souhaitiez imprimer tous les commentaires uniquement dans un document Word, vous devrez peut-être exporter tous les commentaires vers un nouveau document avant d'imprimer tous les commentaires dans Word. Cliquez KuTools Plus > Import Export > Exporter les commentaires. Voir la capture d'écran:

En supposant que vous souhaitiez imprimer uniquement tous les commentaires comme indiqué dans la capture d'écran ci-dessous, vous pouvez exporter rapidement tous les commentaires vers un nouveau fichier Word, Excel ou Txt, puis imprimez les commentaires à la fois.

1. Ouvrez le document dont vous souhaitez exporter tous les commentaires, puis appliquez l'utilitaire en cliquant sur Kutools Plus> Import Export > Exporter les commentaires.

2. dans le Exporter les commentaires boîte de dialogue, veuillez effectuer les opérations ci-dessous:

  • Veuillez choisir la plage à partir de laquelle vous souhaitez exporter les commentaires, vous pouvez sélectionner le document entier, la sélection actuelle ou la page actuelle.
  • Et puis, spécifiez le type de fichier exporté, le document Word, le classeur Excel ou le fichier TXT selon vos besoins.

3. Puis clique Création bouton, vous obtiendrez les résultats suivants:

Exportez les commentaires vers un nouveau document Word:

Glad to help. Our Export Comments feature currently only supports exporting comments, not text with comments. But we will improve this feature in the future, so stay tuned.

Hi, When I try to export some comment in a separate document then a message is prompt "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions". But non of these option is true for my word file. What should I do? Regards, Ehsen

Sorry for the late reply. I know how to fix the "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions" problem. The reason for the problem is that the comment is still in editing mode or track mode when you apply our Export Comments feature. Even after you have already pressed Ctrl+Enter to post the comment, as long as the text and the comment box are highlighted, the comment is in track mode.

so all you need to do is move your cursor away to other areas of the document, then it is not in track mode anymore. You can now use our feature perfectly. Please have a try.
